2025 Neighborhoods Rising Fund grant Recipient

This year we were honored to receive another grant to continue our work empowering our community through education from Neighborhoods Rising Fund! Thank you to Community Capital Fund, Foxtown West Neighborhood Association, our Founding Board the youth ambassadors that engaged in promoting mental well-being, and all of the volunteers that support our work. We could not work as change agents for our community without all of your support.
